Our management team brings over 250 years of combined experience, ensuring every project is guided by deep expertise.
Our mission is to provide timely, dependable service while building on our reputation as one of Middle Georgia’s premier electrical contractors. We prioritize safety and workmanship by employing highly trained, safety-conscious technicians and superintendents—many of whom hold Georgia Unrestricted State Electrical Licenses. Through ongoing training, our team stays current with code compliance, industry innovations, and best practices for job-site safety.
We believe strong relationships are the foundation of every successful project. We continue to work with many of the same customers, vendors, subcontractors, and contractors who trusted us nearly two decades ago—because to us, people matter.
HISTORY & GROWTH
Speir & Associates began in November 1998 with a five-man crew in a small storefront on Joycliff Road in Macon. At the time, the space seemed to offer all the room we would ever need. But just a few years later—with more than 20 employees—it became clear that our growth had outpaced the location.
